Return & Refund Policy

We are happy to offer a 30 day, no-questions-asked return policy with full refund for any products purchased through our website. 

To return an item, you can simply place a return request on our website or get in touch with us through our customer delight team. To place a request online, log in to your account and visit the ‘My Orders’ page and select the product for which return request is to be generated. You can also raise a request by contacting our customer delight team by emailing us at care@emori.in. 

The return product must be in its original condition and packaging. Our team will arrange a pickup from your place. 

Once the product is received by us, it will take up to 14 business days for us to process your refund into your original payment method.
